    The parking garage is located on Duquesne's campus on Forbes Avenue, if coming down Forbes Avenue away from the city and towards Oakland, the entrance to the parking garage will be on your right on the side of the garage towards Oakland just past the intersection of Forbes and Chattam Square.  For landmarks, right across the street from the parking garage is Barnes and Noble, a restaurant called Freshens, and a restaurant called the Red Ring.  If you get down to the A.J. Palumbo Center you have gone too far. When pulling into the garage pull a ticket so the gate will rise.  Park on any level.  If parking above ground level (1) take the elevator in the garage down to 1. 

    When you exit the elevator go right, you will see a set of doors leading to outside to your right, exit the parking garage.  Walk to the crosswalk and cross across Forbes Avenue, you will now be standing right outside of Barnes and Noble, now cross across Chatham Square heading towards downtown (away from Oakland) staying parallel to Forbes Avenue, you will walk down this sidewalk, past a parking lot on your right to the doors of the building that is right beside the parking lot, this building is Fisher Hall where the school of nursing is located. Walk into Fisher Hall and down the hallway until you get to the elevators, take the elevators up to 5, the 5th floor is where the school of nursing is located.  When you get off at 5 you will make a left and walk down the hall until you reach the conference room labeled 539 and 541 on your left.  This room has glass windows on the outside so you know when you reach it.

    Please park in the Visitor Lot. Enter at Visitors Entrance and follow overhead signs to "Cafeteria". Go through the cafeteria seating area and Learning Centers are behind a set of double doors. There will be a sign on the door on the day of the conference. All Learning Centers are located together.

    Meetings are in Conference Center A-D. Park in the garage and take the employees elevator to Level C. Turn left out of the elevator, cross the small bridge, go through the back door of the hospital and turn right. Go up steps and through 2 doors to the conference center.

    You will not need a token to get into the parking area but you will need one to get out of the lot. You can purchase the tokens for $3 in the hospital. 

    Enter the hospital through the door FARTHEST from the parking lot/garage entrance and continue to the Community Room.

    From Pittsburgh, take I-79 S to I-70 E (toward New Stanton, stay in the left lane after passing the Meadowlands exit on 79 S to get onto 70 E.) Take the first exit on 70 E onto US-19 S. Continue straight through 2 stoplights. You will pass the State Police barracks, a car dealership, and Midas Muffler on the right. At this point, continue STRAIGHT - DO NOT bear left. At the bottom of the hill turn right onto Locust Ave. Make the first left and continue to the second stop sign. Turn right onto The Washington Hospital property. Make the first right into the parking lot/garage.

    Liberty Aspen Garage

    You may park in the hospital garage, which is closer, and pay for your parking, OR you may park in the Aspen Street Garage, and get a discount if you follow these instructions. Discounted parking is available ONLY to those attendees parking in the Aspen Street parking lot. 

    Attendees MUST bring their parking tickets to the conference. The parking tickets will be collected and taken to the Security office (by Sandra Porco) for validation then returned to conference participants. You need to write your name on your ticket before we collect them. 

    We will be in the Conference Center and Wintergarden Room. It is located on the first floor, outside of the cafeteria in the East Tower.

    For those entering the hospital via the Mellon Pavilion on Liberty Avenue (those parking in the Aspen Street lot), you can either ask at the information desk for assistance or take the Mellon Pavilion elevator to the 2nd floor and follow signage to the East tower elevator. Take the East Tower elevators to the 1st floor. Exit the elevators, turn right through the double doors and Wintergarden is on the left.

    For those entering the hospital via the Millvale Ave lot, follow signage to the East Tower elevators and take them to the 1st floor. Turn right when exiting the elevator through the double doors and Wintergarden room is on the left.
